To process a booking we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, address, pincode, vehicle number, and the last five digits of your chassis and engine numbers. For payments we may collect a transaction reference (UTR) and a payment screenshot, or transaction identifiers from a payment gateway. We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, RC or other identity documents to start a booking.
We use your information solely to process and fulfil your booking, provide support, send order updates, detect and prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
We share information only with the vendors and partners necessary to fulfil your order, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order information for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with law, and apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
